Hi parents!
Letter I, this week was extra educative as we discussed the
word ´Indian´ as politically incorrect reference to the Native
Americans. It was explained with a story of the discovery of America that was
then taken for India. As we have an Indian in the class it became easy for the
students to understand the difference.
We were visited by our very own dental nurse Jenny, Sigrid´s
mother who represented the Folktandvård
to teach the class about dental care. They also received toothbrushes and post
cards for being good listeners and a letter of information. Thanks Jenny for visiting us!
There is a mountain of lost and found clothes, shoes etc.
that is going to be exhibited in the school´s auditorium for the whole next week before
being donated. Make sure to take a look if you are missing anything.
